Compelling Calgarians: Sean Crump
Problem solving is what Sean Crump does best.
So it is no surprise to see Crump — a quadriplegic since a diving accident in 2004 — trying to ease the challenges for people with disabilities.
“There wasn’t a specific ‘a-ha’ moment,” said Crump, who started Universal Access to help address social inclusion and access. “It was a cultivation of different experiences and comparing them to what once was and what is now, based on the disability and the limitations that were created because of the barriers.
