 Krooshl partners with Inclusion by Libra, a Calgary based, women-owned consulting firm that serves Canadian organizations by helping them develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and services.

Inclusion by Libra works with small to medium-sized organizations focusing on hospitality, startups, and scale-ups.

IBL believes in integrating DEI into an organization’s people policies and processes from the earliest stage possible to ensure that it is intentionally integrated into workplace culture.

Inclusion by Libra recognizes the challenges large companies face to make a meaningful change when it comes to DEI. Many small and young businesses don’t have the resources to hire full-time DEI or even HR resources at the outset; IBL’s services are affordable and available on an as-needed basis to meet clients where they’re at.
